I ran into a small issue and reached out to support, and they were able to fix it faster than I expected. I’m sure other customers would appreciate how easy it was to get help without a lot of back and forth.

I was hoping to use this with Premiere on my Mac, but this is where it got annoying: it just wouldn’t install at all. I tried a couple of times and couldn’t get past that point, so I never even got to see if it worked.

The prices just feel too high for what you actually get... I was expecting a bit more for the money

The site was simple to move around, and I found what I Needed fairly quick. checkout wasn’t confusing, which I really appreciate. The only small thing was that a few pages took a bit to load for me, but it wasn’t a big deal. overall, a good experience...

The download part went okay, no real issues there. When I got to the install though, I got a little lost because that one step wasn’t super clear to me. I ended up restarting and going back to the guide, and then it finally worked. Not terrible, just not quite as smooth as I thought it would be

The colors came out looking really good, like bright and clean. Only thing is one of the prints felt a bit thin compared to the others, not a huge deal, just something I noticed. Overall, happy with it.

I grabbed this pack after seeing some nice clips online, but the colors looked off for me. Like, a couple of the LUTs were okay, but most of them made skin look way too orange, and the shadows kept turning muddy. I kept trying different ones thinking maybe the next one would work better, but it was the same issue over and over, orange skin, muddy shadows, just not quite right. Maybe it works better with different footage, but I ended up spending more time correcting the look than actually using the LUTs.

The license terms were really clear, clear enough that I didn’t have to second-guess anything. No hassle, no confusion, just simple to get through.

The lessons were easy to follow, and I picked up a few useful things along the way. I guess I just assumed some of the topics would go a little deeper, because a few sections felt kind of basic. It’s decent overall, but if you already know the basics, you might find yourself wishing there was more detail...
